Product availability

 

Lead time is dependent on stock availability. Should we have stock available, orders will be dispatched the same day provided payment is validated/received before 1400 hours.

Should the product not be in stock please allow 10 working days plus freight transit time. This will allow for manufacturing and delivery to our warehouse.

Every effort is made to effect shipment of your order timeously however unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. Should we be faced with such an occurrence GetMemorabilia will contact you via email and provide a revised shipping schedule.

Delivery Policy

 

When you click to make a purchase with us legal obligations arise and your right to refund of monies charged to your credit card or paid in any other way agreed by us, are limited by our terms & conditions. You must not make any purchase through this site unless you understand and agree all our terms and conditions. Once payment is made for the purchase, it is deemed that you have read and understood the terms and conditions for such purchase. If you have any queries please contact us before making any purchase for any service through this website.

Shipping

All deliveries within the borders of the Republic of South Africa are done so under Get Memorabilia’s shipping policy. In terms of this policy Get Memorabilia undertakes no liability for the risks associated with shipping orders within South Africa.

Estimated Delivery charges: (all automated when doing your purchase)

*Free shipping only to major cities in South Africa (excluding shipping of glass boxes and displays which are charged for at current courier shipping rates and items which are offered on special, make an offer, discounts etc), and is valid on all non-discounted items.

*Shipping costs exclude insurance which is quoted for after the purchase has been made

Please ensure the correct shipping address is provided from the outset as title and risk will pass to you once the order has left our premises.

Undeliverable packages

Occasionally packages are returned to us undeliverable. Should this event take place every attempt will be made to contact you to make arrangements for re-shipment.

Order processing

Order processing will not begin until we receive a confirmed order and full payment.

Vouchers:

Promotional vouchers are only to be used for purchasing goods from Get Memorabilia’s website. (www.getmb.co.za).
Vouchers are valid for 1 year from the date of issue.
Vouchers are valid on web prices and not on already discounted prices.
If the full value of the voucher is not used for a purchase, no portion will be carried over and no cash refund will be done.

Returns:

Get Memorabilia allows for returns in accordance with the provisions of section 20(2)(a) to (d) of the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008. See the Returns policy for full details.

Installations

GetMemorabilia will not and can not be held liable for any possible damage caused to a product or products that are installed, or any other damage that may be caused to any other property during installation

Stock Availability / Order Cancellations:

Stock of all goods on offer are limited or are one off’s due to that fact that many items are one of a kind. Get Memorabilia shall take all reasonable efforts to discontinue the offer as soon as stock is no longer available. However, should items still be offered after stocks are sold, Get Memorabilia shall only be liable to refund monies where it is unable to fulfill orders at advertised prices. Where goods are advertised as having an estimated delivery time, or are on backorder, Get Memorabilia is not responsible for delays on these estimates. These estimates are merely guidelines and may shift with stock availability and supplier scheduling.

Special Order Items:

Products that are marked as “Special Order” either on http://www.GetMemorabilia .co.za, or on a quotation, are items that cannot be returned. In purchasing these items the customer recognizes that the product has been marked as a “Special Order” item and accepts that it may not be returned. This, however, in no way affects the warranty on the product.

Refunds Policy

Should you for any reason wish to cancel your purchase you will be liable for a 15% handling fee of the full amount. You must advise us in writing of your cancellation and any such cancellation must be signed by the person who made the original purchase.

International customers should make use of a courier that offers:

1. Shipment tracking.

2. Insure your package for safe return and declare the full value of the shipment failing which loss or damage will be for your account.

 

Payment Options and Pricing

 

All transactions will be processed in South African Rands (ZAR).

GetMemorabilia endeavours to offer you competitive prices on current products; you’re total order price will include the price of the purchase plus any applicable

sales tax and shipping charges (on the day of shipping).

 

GetMemorabilia reserves the right to change pricing at any time without prior notice.

 

Credit Card

We accept MasterCard and Visa credit cards. If you do not have a credit card please utilise one of the other payment options, or simply log off and return to the site at a later time to complete your order. All of your order details will be saved online under in the Your Account section available for use whenever you’re ready! Sorry for the inconvenience.

EFT (Electronic Fund Transfer)

One of the most widely used ways of sending money online. Once you have added enough items to your shopping cart, proceed to “Checkout” and follow the order processing instructions. Select the option to pay via EFT. You will then have to load GetMemorabilia as a beneficiary on your internet banking and use the unique order number in the reference line for your payment. This should ensure speedy processing and delivery of your selected products.

Direct Deposit

You may pay for your products through a direct deposit. It’s exactly the same as doing an EFT payment, except you’ll have to go into your bank and physically make your direct deposit there. Please fax through your deposit slip to ensure your payment is confirmed and order shipped as quickly as possible. 

Layby

Should you for any reason wish to cancel your purchase you will be liable for a 15% handling fee of the full amount.
All layby purchases must be paid in full with 3 months of initial layby payment whereafter if full payment is not paid, the deposit will be lost and the stock will be sold to cover any losses incurred.

Security of Goods

Any purchased goods left with us at our premises (for the purposes of custom framing, or alteration etc), will be kept safely at our premises to the best of our ability. We cannot however be held liable if it does get damaged, lost or stolen from our premises.

Any inquiries and orders  will be added to our newsletter database and not shared with any other third parties. Those inquiries are able to unsubscribe freely without obligation at any time.

Monitoring
We have the right, but not the obligation, to monitor any activity and content associated with the Website. We may investigate any reported violation of these Conditions or complaints and take any action that we deem appropriate (which may include, but is not limited to, issuing warnings, suspending, terminating or attaching conditions to your access and/or removing any materials from the Website).
